Return Eligibility

Most unused items in good condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Personalized/customized items and certain limited-edition products (such as blind boxes) are not eligible for return.
